Early Factory Made Black-bellied Plover
Black-bellied plover which appears to be made in one of the many decoy factories that existed in the late 1800′s and early 1900′s. See book Shorebirds by J.M. Levinson and S.G. Headley, page 123 for an image of a similiar bird. Tight hairline in bill.
